General terms of business

Delivery
In most cases we ship within five business days after receipt of your order. Please note: Candles which are not in-stock may delay your order 2-3 weeks. Special order craft products may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Cards and Candles ships via the Swiss Postal Service. The standard shipping is B-Post for all our orders, unless otherwise requested (Please note request for A-Post in the Comments Box during checkout). Cards and Candles does not guarantee the shipping or performance of any shipper that we use.

Delivery Fees
- CHF 1.50 Handling Fee is applied to all posted orders. - Postage fees charged are actual fees incurred. Because of this, you may receive your bill separately from your order.

Shipping costs
Acutal shipping charges are charges as indicated by the Swiss Post.

Fees are as follows:
- CHF 1.50 Handling Fee is applied to all posted orders
- Postage fees charged are actual fees incurred. Because of this, you may receive your bill separately from your order.

Approximate shipping costs (B-Post):
- CHF 2.20 for any items which are able to be shipped in a flat envelope.
- CHF 6.00 for all 12 x 12 inch (30.5 X 30.5 cm) papers and packages weighing up to 2 kilos
- CHF 8.00 for packages up to 5 kilos
- CHF 11.00 for packages up to 10 kilos

Shipping outside of Switzerland
European orders weighing up to 1 Kilo costs CHF 9.50 plus a CHF 1.50 Handling Fee and must be prepaid by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. Packages weighing 1 Kilo or more will incur actual shipping charges as indicated by the Swiss Post Office plus a CHF 1.50 Handling Fee. Please ask for a shipping estimate if you need to be certain of the cost.

Late Fees
The purchaser must pay the price of the purchase by bank transfer or PayPal as prepayment or by Payment Slip within 30 days of receipt. A late fee of CHF 15.00 will be charged for payments overdue by 10 days.

Responsibility
Cards and Candles is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders due to carrier services.

Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by Cards and Candles.

Privacy
We use the personal data supplied by you for the purchase only to fulfill the contract. Personal data are not disclosed to other third parties than the ones mentioned.
